2. Data We Collect

This website does not collect or store personal data. When you visit polysend.io, your browser transmits technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to our hosting provider Cloudflare. We do not have access to this data and do not store it ourselves.

Purchases: When you buy PolySend Utility Tokens (PUT), all payment data (name, email, payment method) is collected and processed by LemonSqueezy as the Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Browser Extension & Mobile App: The PolySend extension and mobile app store all data locally on your device. Private keys are encrypted with your password and never leave your device.

Optional services: Some PolySend services (e.g. cross-device sync, merchant platform) may process additional data. Each service has its own terms and privacy agreement that you accept when you opt in. Data processed by these services is encrypted client-side where technically possible.

3. No Third-Party Tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service. No data is shared with advertising networks.

4. Hosting & CDN

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) acts as a CDN and DNS provider. When you visit our website, your connection data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) is processed by Cloudflare for security and performance purposes. This may involve data transfer to servers in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Processing

Purchases of PolySend Utility Tokens (PUT) are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). When you make a purchase, LemonSqueezy collects payment information (name, email, payment method) as the Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details. See LemonSqueezy's Privacy Policy.

6. Blockchain Data

PolySend facilitates transactions on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are visible on the public ledger. PolySend does not control or store blockchain data.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to data processing
